Today I’m pulling back the curtain on the leadership books that literally changed my perspective on life and leadership. These were life-changing reads that had me nodding, highlighting, and putting action to my learnings:
1️⃣ “The Future is Faster Than You Think” - Ever feel like the world is moving at warp speed? This book opened my eyes to how rapidly technology is reshaping healthcare and, honestly, everything else. Mind = blown 🤯
2️⃣ “The Motive” - Y’all, this one hit different. Lencioni made me question why I really wanted to lead. If you’ve ever struggled with imposter syndrome in leadership (🙋‍♀️), this is your sign to read it.
3️⃣ “Great Leaders Live Like Drug Addicts” - Don’t let the title shock you! This raw, honest take on authentic leadership had me rethinking everything I thought I knew about being “professional.”
4️⃣ “Leadership and Self-Deception” - The book that made me realize I was standing in my own way sometimes. Trust me, the self-awareness gained was worth every page!
These aren’t your typical clinical reads, but they’ve shaped how I show up for my patients and team every single day. 💕
